This berry-infused syrup is perfect for fancy holiday cocktails, like this Pink 75 Cocktail.

How long does the Syrup take to make?

This is quick to make, only about 15 minutes and you’ll have lots of bright red syrup.

How to make Berry Syrup

All the ingredients go into a small saucepan and heat until bubbling. Then, you lower the heat to barely a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid is a bright red colour. Strain the red berry syrup and chill before using. The syrup will keep, refrigerated, up to about 3 weeks.

Try it on pancakes or waffles!
