Let’s talk about the ingredients for Burger Sauce
Mayonnaise – use whatever mayonnaise you like!
Mustard – I prefer yellow mustard, but I have also used good quality german mustard
Ketchup – Adds a bit of tomato-y sweetness and color
Pickles and pickle juice – I used sweet burger pickles, but again you can use the pickle YOU like
Spices – Garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne are the spices in this sauce

The Burger Sauce Method
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for a few minutes before using. Transfer any leftover sauce to a sealed jar, and keep in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickles finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Chop pickles into a fine dice. Add to a bowl with all the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Use immediately or transfer to a sealed container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
