Creamy yukon gold potatoes are mashed with herb & garlic Boursin cheese and fresh cream to create a beautiful side dish for an amazing dinner!

Equipment
- 1 Pot large
- 1 potato masher
Ingredients
- 4 large Yukon gold potatoes peeled and diced
- 1/2 package Herb & Garlic Boursin cheese
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add 1 tsp salt to water.
- Boil until potatoes are fork tender.
- Drain potatoes. Mash potatoes with Boursin cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
