Herb & Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Creamy yukon gold potatoes are mashed with herb & garlic Boursin cheese and fresh cream to create a beautiful side dish for an amazing dinner!

Ingredients

Yukon gold potatoes
peeled and diced
1/2

Herb & Garlic Boursin cheese

heavy cream
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add 1 tsp salt to water.
Boil until potatoes are fork tender.
Drain potatoes. Mash potatoes with Boursin cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
