Herb & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Equipment

  • 1 Pot large
  • 1 potato masher

Ingredients

  • 4 large Yukon gold potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1/2 package Herb & Garlic Boursin cheese
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add 1 tsp salt to water. 
  • Boil until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Drain potatoes. Mash potatoes with Boursin cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Add salt & pepper to taste.
