Ingredients

To make 1/4 cup:

  • 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt optional

To make 1 Tablespoon:

  • 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt optional

Instructions

To make a ¼ cup of Cajun Seasoning:

  • Measure and add all ingredients in the ¼ cup section into a small bowl. Stir with a whisk until completely blended. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid. See article above about how to use Cajun Seasoning.

To make 1 Tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning:

  • Measure and add all ingredients in the 1 Tablespoon section into a small bowl. Stir with a whisk until completely blended. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid, or use immediately in your recipe.
