Ingredients

To make approx. ¼ cup (see note):

  • 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

To make approx. 1 Tablespoon (see note):

  • ½ Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

To make about a ¼ cup of Homemade Pumpkin Spice:

  • Measure and add all ingredients in the ¼ cup section into a small bowl. Stir with a whisk until completely blended. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid. See article above about how to use Pumpkin Spice.

To make about 1 Tablespoon of Homemade Pumpkin Spice:

  • Measure and add all ingredients in the 1 Tablespoon section into a small bowl. Stir with a whisk until completely blended. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid, or use immediately in your recipe.

Notes

This recipe makes slightly less than a ¼ cup, and slightly less than 1 tablespoon. This should not make any difference to the final flavour of your recipe!
