Limonette Cocktail
The Limonette Cocktail sparkles with the bright sunshiney flavors of limoncello, fresh lemon juice, Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose gin, dry vermouth, and rich honey simple syrup. It’s a martini with attitude!

- 1 oz Limoncello liqueur
- 1 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose gin
- 1 oz dry Vermouth
- 2 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ oz honey simple syrup see note for recipe
- 2-4 oz club soda
Add limoncello, gin, vermouth, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Option: Rim the cocktail glass with sparkle sugar before straining in the cocktail.
