Pink 75 Cocktail
A fun, pink champagne cocktail, featuring Empress 1908 gin, champagne, red berry syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Servings: 1 cocktail
1 cocktail shaker
1 champagne flute
1 jigger for measuring
- ice
- 1/4 ounce Red Berry Syrup or use simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1.5 ounces Empress 1908 gin
- Champagne
- lemon peel for garnish
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add ¼ oz red berry syrup, ½ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and 1.5 oz Empress 1908 gin. Shake well.
Wipe the rim of a champagne flute with a lemon peel. Strain cocktail mixture into champagne flute, then fill to the top with champagne. Garnish with lemon peel. Cheers!
