Whipped Brie Appetizer with Figs & Walnuts
Light and fluffy Whipped Brie is topped with fig jam and chopped walnuts for the easiest appetizer, ever!

- 3 packages Brie cheese (300g or 8oz each) Do not use less than 3 wheels or it won't work!
- fig jam
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Using a serrated bread knife, cut off all the rinds from the brie wheels and discard rinds.
Chop up brie into cubes, and let them come to room temperature.
Add brie cubes to the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with the paddle attachment.
Beat brie on medium to medium high for about 10 minutes. When done, the mixture will look like fluffy buttercream frosting.
To serve, pile whipped brie into a decorative bowl or onto a plate, top with fig jam and chopped walnuts, alongside a selection of sturdy crackers or toasted baguette slices.
*Note: Do not use less than 3 wheels of brie or the recipe won't work.
