- Use a very low oven temperature (the lowest setting for your oven)
- Use a microwave (this is the method I use!)

Homemade Italian Seasoning

Ingredients
To make approximately 1/4 cup of Italian Seasoning (see note):
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1.5 teaspoons thyme
- 1.5 teaspoons rosemary
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
To make approximately 1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning (see note):
- ¾ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¾ teaspoon dried basil
- ¾ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon marjoram
Instructions
To make about a ¼ cup of Italian Seasoning:
- Measure and add all ingredients in the ¼ cup section into a small bowl. Stir with a whisk until completely blended. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid. See article above about how to use Italian Seasoning.
To make about 1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning:
