- 2 cups grape tomatoes halved
- 3 mini cucumbers chopped
- ½ red onion chopped
- ¼ cup black olives pitted & halved
- Greek Dressing See note
- ¼ cup feta crumbled, optional
To a large bowl, add tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, black olives, and prepared Greek dressing. Toss gently to combine.
Add crumbled feta, if using.
Serve immediately.
